All payments are made securely online at checkout — debit card, bank transfer or USSD. Your payment is verified instantly, so there's no need to send a receipt manually.

Question 3

Do you deliver nationwide?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We deliver to every state in Nigeria. Your delivery fee is shown at checkout based on your state — with special rates for selected Abuja and Lokoja areas — and delivery is free on orders of 4 or more items. Orders typically arrive in 2–5 working days depending on your location.

Question 4

How do I know my size?

Accepted Answer

Each product lists its available sizes. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp — we'll guide you personally before you order.

Question 5

Can I exchange or return an item?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Question 6

How can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Head to the Track Order page and enter your order number together with the email you used at checkout. You'll see your order status live — from payment through processing, dispatch and delivery.

Question 7

Do you deliver to Lokoja?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PurSole serves Lokoja and the wider Kogi State by delivery. Select your state and area at checkout and your exact Lokoja delivery fee is calculated for you — free on orders of 4 or more items.
